قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the jobSenior HR Operations OfficerPharmaceutical IndustryRiyadh, KSATamer Services Company (TSC) is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organization to identify an experienced HR professional to support its Riyadh operations.This role combines government platforms and statutory employment administration, business and office operations, compliance support, and local Talent Acquisition support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Saudi business environment, government platforms, and local regulatory requirements, with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively.The OpportunityThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support across government, compliance, workplace operations, and selected recruitment activities.Key ResponsibilitiesGovernment & Regulatory OperationsManage and coordinate Saudi government platforms and statutory employment requirements, including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Seha, and other relevant platforms.Support government and regulatory documentation, submissions, renewals, and compliance requirements.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of government-related processes.Support SFDA meeting and conference approval coordination, documentation, and tracking.Ensure local operational compliance and support business continuity activities.Business & Office OperationsSupport day-to-day business and office administration activities.Coordinate workplace, facility, and office-related requirements.Liaise with vendors and service providers and follow up on service delivery and operational issues.Maintain relevant documentation, records, and administrative trackers.Support internships and coordinate related administrative requirements.Talent Acquisition SupportProvide local recruitment and Talent Acquisition support when required.Participate in candidate interviews and support the local interview process.Conduct structured candidate screening and provide interview feedback and documentation.Support recruitment activities in line with Saudi market practices and organizational requirements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably covering government relations, business operations, HR administration, or Talent Acquisition.Strong working knowledge of Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and Seha.Familiarity with Saudi regulatory and employment requirements.Experience coordinating with government entities, vendors, and external service providers.Strong organizational, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.Saudi market experience is essential.Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience is an advantage.
