You will have people experience along with international experience working with diverse groups and cultures and be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones. The ability to think strategically and translate that thinking to operations is essential. You will have strong communications and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
To deliver HR Services and first level HR support to employees, managers, and the HR community.Act as subject-matter expert on HR policies & processes. Review, implement and maintain HR processes across the employee lifecycle; collaborate with HR cross functional teams to ensure consistent and effective execution.Lead and support regional and global projects: prepare statements of work, define deliverables, resources, and schedules; develop contingency plans; monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Business Travel to local sites is required.Skills & ExperienceExperience using Workday or other HRIS is an advantageStrong analytical skills and proficient in HR data analytics and metricsProgressive HR experience .In depth knowledge of local labor law and local country regulationsLanguage requirementsEnglishProven project management skills, including scoping, planning, monitoring and reportingAbility to solve complex problemsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrentlyProficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint & Project Management toolsTeam-oriented, adaptable and solution-focusedRewards & Benefits (Default)TCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
