Requires extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations. Manage complex HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. Work closely with management to foster a positive work environment, promote diversity and inclusion, and support talent development initiatives. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
