You’ll own recruitment and HR compliance in the Kingdom, and be the go-to HR person for our stores and office. You’ll have real ownership, with direct support from our regional HR team in Dubai.What you will doHire great people for our stores and office, and grow a strong pool of Saudi talentRun recruitment end to end, from sourcing and interviews to offers and onboardingKeep us fully compliant with Saudi Labour Law and MHRSD rulesManage Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem from start to finishSupport our Saudisation (Nitaqat) goals and report on progressManage contracts, employee files, leave and exitsWork with managers and staff as their trusted HR contactImprove engagement and help build a team where people feel valued and want to stayWhat you will bring5+ years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, with strong recruitment experienceUp-to-date knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, including the 2025 changesHands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and MuqeemRetail or multi-store experience (big plus)HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM or PHRi (strong plus)Fluent Arabic and EnglishA warm, people-first style, and the confidence to work on your ownThis role is open to Saudi nationals onlyWhat we offerA competitive package plus medical insuranceReal ownership of HR in one of our key marketsA clear path to grow as our KSA business growsRegular work with our regional teamSupport for your learning and professional developmentThis is a chance to shape how we support and develop our people in Saudi Arabia.
