Senior HR Specialist – Talent AcquisitionDigital Intelligence Foundations is looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.This role will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent across technology, artificial intelligence, engineering, business, and corporate functions.The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build effective recruitment strategies, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce requirements and job posting to screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles.Proactively source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Recruit for specialized positions across AI, Data, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Product, Sales, and Business Development.Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and initial assessments.Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection, and offer coordination.Improve recruitment processes, hiring quality, time-to-hire, and candidate experience.Support employer branding initiatives and strengthen the company’s presence in the talent market.Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.Support onboarding coordination and ensure a smooth transition for newly hired employees.Contribute to HR policies, workforce planning, performance initiatives, and broader HR operations when required.QualificationsMore than 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.Strong experience sourcing and hiring professionals for technology, engineering, AI, data, or digital roles.Excellent knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter.Strong interviewing, evaluation, negotiation, and candidate assessment skills.Ability to work closely with senior management and understand complex hiring requirements.Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, talent pipelines, workforce planning, and hiring analytics.Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Strong Arabic communication skills and good professional English proficiency.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and growing technology environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or SaaS roles.Experience with ATS platforms, HR systems, recruitment dashboards, and digital hiring tools.Knowledge of employer branding, employee onboarding, and HR operations.Familiarity with the Saudi employment market and recruitment practices is highly preferred.What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role means consistently attracting strong candidates, improving hiring speed and quality, building sustainable talent pipelines, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and becoming a trusted recruitment partner for hiring managers and leadership.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWork Type: Full-Time – OnsiteExperience: 5+ YearsLevel: SeniorDigital Intelligence FoundationsBuilding high-performing teams for the future of AI and digital innovation.
