Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and people-focused Senior Human Resources Executive to join Eyepax and support the effective delivery of our people and HR operations.The Senior Human Resources Executive will play an important role across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee administration, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, employee relations, and offboarding.Working closely with HR leadership, managers, and employees across the organization, the successful candidate will help ensure HR processes are efficient, accurate, employee-focused, and aligned with Eyepax’s business objectives and organizational culture.This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys taking ownership, working in a fast-paced technology environment, interacting with employees and managers, and continuously improving the employee experience and effectiveness of HR operations.TALENT ACQUISITION & WORKFORCE SUPPORTManage recruitment activities for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, reference checks, and employment documentation.Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, skill expectations, and hiring priorities.Follow up proactively to ensure vacancies progress within expected timelines.EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING & LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENTCoordinate employee onboarding and ensure new employees receive a structured and professional introduction to Eyepax.Ensure employment documentation, HR system records, induction activities, and related administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time.Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, employment changes, resignations, and other lifecycle activities.Prepare employment letters, confirmations, and HR correspondence accurately and within required timelines.Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records.Support employee offboarding, exit interviews, clearance procedures, and analysis of employee feedback.PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENTSupport the organization’s performance management process and ensure reviews, objectives, evaluations, and required documentation are completed on time.Follow up with managers and employees regarding outstanding performance management activities.Support performance improvement processes through documentation, coordination, and follow-up.Assist with employee development, career progression, promotions, and related people-management activities.Maintain records related to employee learning, skills development, and performance.EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & ENGAGEMENTBuild positive relationships with employees and act as a point of contact for day-to-day HR matters.Support managers and employees in addressing workplace concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations issues professionally and fairly.Escalate sensitive or significant employee issues appropriately while maintaining confidentiality.Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal events, recognition programs, employee communications, and organizational activities.Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve engagement and employee experience.Promote a workplace culture based on accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, professionalism, and mutual respect.HR OPERATIONS, HRIS & ADMINISTRATIONMaintain accurate employee information in HR systems and ensure appropriate data quality and confidentiality.Manage and monitor attendance, leave records, and related HR administration.Maintain personnel files, employment records, and HR documentation according to company policies and applicable requirements.Support the preparation of HR reports, employee statistics, recruitment information, turnover data, and other people-related reports.HR POLICIES, GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCESupport the implementation and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.Ensure HR activities and employee documentation comply with applicable Sri Lankan and Vietnamese labour regulations and company requirements.Communicate HR policies and procedures clearly to employees and managers.Review existing HR policies and processes and recommend improvements based on organizational requirements and changes in employment regulations.Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee, performance, compensation, grievance, and other sensitive HR information.Demonstrate strong ethical standards, professionalism, fairness, and discretion.HR PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & PEOPLE ANALYTICSIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes, reduce manual work, improve turnaround times, and enhance employee experience.Use HR systems, reporting, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.Monitor HR metrics such as recruitment progress, employee turnover, attendance, performance-review completion, learning, and engagement.Provide accurate HR information and insights to support management decision-making.Participate in HR improvement, digitalization, and organizational development initiatives.Support the adoption of AI-enabled and productivity tools where appropriate to improve HR effectiveness.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree, professional qualification, or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Professional HR qualifications such as CIPM/CQHRM or equivalent will be an advantage.Approximately 3–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Executive, Senior HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.Practical experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.Good understanding of Sri Lankan labour regulations, HR practices, employment documentation, and confidentiality requirements. Knowledge of Vietnamese labour regulations will be an advantage.Experience using HRIS or employee-management systems and maintaining accurate employee data.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and meet deadlines.High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, ownership, and accountability.Preferred QualificationsExperience in IT, software development, technology services, professional services, or another fast-paced service organization.Experience supporting geographically distributed teams or employees working with international clients.Experience with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, learning systems, or employee engagement tools.Exposure to HR analytics, dashboards, process improvement, HR digitalization, or automation.Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and an interest in using technology to improve HR effectiveness.SUCCESS MEASURESSuccess In This Role Will Be Measured ThroughRecruitment Effectiveness: Vacancies are progressed efficiently and hiring managers receive timely HR support.Onboarding Quality: New employees receive a structured onboarding experience, with required documentation completed on time.HR Operational Accuracy: Employee records, HRIS data, attendance, leave, and employment documentation remain accurate and current.Performance Management: Reviews and related activities are tracked and completed according to organizational timelines.Employee Experience: Employee requests, concerns, and grievances are handled professionally, promptly, and fairly.Compliance: HR policies, documentation, confidentiality requirements, and employment regulations are consistently followed.Timeliness & Accountability: HR commitments, employee requests, recruitment activities, and documentation are completed within agreed timelines.Process Improvement: Measurable improvements are made to HR efficiency, automation, data quality, and employee experience.Who We AreEstablished in 2006, Eyepax is a global technology consulting company headquartered in Singapore, delivering enterprise software, AI-powered applications, cloud solutions, digital transformation initiatives, and product engineering services to clients across multiple industries worldwide.With a dedicated workforce of over 180 professionals, Eyepax operates its main development hubs in Sri Lanka and Vietnam, supported by sales offices in Sweden, the United States, and France.
