Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are working with a bank in the UAE to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner. This role suits an experienced HR professional looking to work closely with senior stakeholders in a banking environment.The RoleReporting into the HR head, you will act as a business partner to senior leaders, aligning HR activity with business needs. The role covers the full HR remit, including policy, organisation design, talent, performance, and change.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to support people strategies aligned to business objectivesAdvise on HR policies, procedures, and best practiceSupport organisation design and workforce planningManage a range of HR activities including performance, talent, employee relations, and changeBuild and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the businessWork across banking functions to deliver HR solutionsRequirementsCurrently based in the UAE and working within a bank (essential)Minimum 5 years' HR experience within a bank in the UAEDegree educated, with a relevant HR qualification (e.g. CIPD or equivalent)Sound knowledge of HR policies, organisation design, and wider HR disciplinesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work effectively across functionsPlease note: Due to client requirements, only candidates currently based in the UAE and working within a bank will be considered.
