Senior Human Resources Business PartnerNew York City | Hybrid, 2 days per week$140,000–$170,000 base salaryWe are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a growing technology business in New York.This is a broad, hands-on People role for someone who can operate strategically with senior leaders while remaining close to the day-to-day work.You might be partnering with leadership on organisational design and workforce planning, coaching a manager through a performance issue, improving a People process or supporting the recruitment of a critical technology hire.We are particularly interested in people from SaaS, fintech or technology businesses who have worked in start-up, scale-up or lean SME environments.What you'll doPartner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent and People strategyCoach managers across employee relations, performance, development and organisational changeOwn and improve People processes across the employee lifecycleSupport recruitment across the business, including technology and product hiringManage HR policies, systems, compliance and day-to-day People OperationsSupport compensation, benefits, engagement and employee experienceBuild strong relationships across a distributed, remote-first workforceUse data, technology and increasingly AI and automation to improve how HR operatesWhat we're looking forStrong HRBP / People Partner / HR generalist experienceBackground within SaaS, fintech, technology or a related high-growth environmentExperience operating in a start-up, scale-up, SME or lean People functionStrong stakeholder management from employees and managers through to C-suiteHands-on experience across ER, performance management, employment law and HR policyPrevious experience personally recruiting technical talent, including engineering or related technology hiresBroad People Operations experience across areas such as HR systems, onboarding, compensation and benefitsExperience supporting remote or distributed teamsComfortable switching between strategic partnering and operational executionAI & technologyYou don't need to be an AI expert.We're looking for someone who is curious about AI and excited by how it can improve HR.
