Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Celtic Careers are recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Partner to join a large, international organisation within the construction and engineering sector.This is a senior HR position partnering closely with business leaders across a diverse and growing organisation. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR guidance while also taking ownership of complex employee relations, talent development, workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
