Senior Human Resources Consultant

Join HLB HAMT and be part of our HR Advisory & Compliance Services team, delivering outsourced HR solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage multiple outsourced HR client accounts and day-to-day HR operations.Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, offer letters, and exit documentation.Coordinate employment visas, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medical fitness, and labour permits.Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable free zone regulations.Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, leave records, and employment documentation.Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, salary changes, WPS documentation, gratuity, and employee benefits.Respond to client queries, provide regular updates, and ensure timely service delivery.Monitor pending actions, visa expiries, compliance deadlines, and service requests.Review HR documentation, support junior team members, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.🔹 RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR consultancy, outsourcing, or professional services.Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, employment administration, and HR compliance.Practical experience with employment visa processing and government services.Experience managing multiple client accounts or outsourced HR portfolios independently.Knowledge of payroll coordination, WPS, leave management, gratuity, and employee benefits.Excellent communication, client management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.🌟 What We’re Looking ForA proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused HR professional who can independently manage outsourced HR operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery.
