Senior Human Resources Executive (Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)Manage monthly payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.Administer employee compensation and benefits, including social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax (PIT), and other statutory obligations.Coordinate annual bonus payments and other compensation-related processes.Prepare payroll reports, cost analyses, and HR metrics for management.Process salary adjustments, allowances, promotions, transfers, and other compensation-related changes in a timely manner.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.2. HR OperationsManage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding.Prepare and maintain employment contracts, labor-related documents, and employee records.Ensure HR documentation complies with Vietnam Labor Law and company policies.Maintain accurate and confidential personnel databases and employee files.Support internal and external HR compliance audits.3. HR Systems & ComplianceMaintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data.Support HR system implementation, enhancement, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Ensure compliance with the Vietnam Labor Code and other applicable regulations.Review and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.Assist in developing and improving HR standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.4. Employee EngagementSupport the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.5. ReportingPrepare and assist with regular and ad hoc HR reports as assigned.REQUIREMENTS1. Experience6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance, PIT, and payroll.Hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll independently.2. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Good analytical skills and attention to detail.Good command of English.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.Experience with HRIS; Workday is preferred.HRIS implementation or optimization experience is a plus.3.
