Senior Human Resources Manager

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function with a strong focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to support our business growth in the UAE real estate market.The ideal candidate will be Arabic-speaking, hands-on, and highly experienced in high-volume hiring, Emiratisation, and end-to-end HR operations, with the ability to partner closely with senior management and business leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)Lead and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns to meet ongoing and expansion hiring needs.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.Develop effective recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals).Oversee mass onboarding processes ensuring timely and smooth integration of new hires.Drive and support Emiratisation initiatives and manage relationships with Emirati employees and stakeholders.HR Operations & StrategyLead and manage all HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and development.Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with UAE Labor Law.Advise senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retention.Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling professionally and confidentially.Ensure accurate management of payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and benefits administration.Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure operational excellence and service delivery.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).8–10+ years of progressive HR experience in the UAE, including at least 3–4 years in a senior HR managerial role.Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, high-volume hiring, and mass onboarding.Proven experience working with Emirati employees and Emiratisation programs.Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance.Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in the real estate or property development sector is highly preferred.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
