SANY Saudi Arabia is Hiring – Senior HR Manager🏢 Company: SANY Saudi Arabia📍 Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia💼 Position: Senior HR Manager📌 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the HR function in alignment with SANY Saudi Arabia’s business objectives and organizational strategy.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.Manage key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and workforce planning.Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management and business leaders.Lead manpower planning and ensure effective workforce allocation according to business requirements.Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, career development, and organizational effectiveness.Ensure effective HR operations and accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.Monitor compliance with Saudi labor regulations, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and other relevant government requirements.Support organizational development and promote a professional and positive workplace culture.Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.Prepare and analyze HR reports, workforce data, and key HR metrics for management review and decision-making.🎯 RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.Significant experience in HR management, preferably within a multinational, industrial, construction, heavy equipment, or similar organization.Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR regulations, and local HR practices.Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.Excellent English communication skills; Arabic and/or Chinese language skills are an advantage.📩 How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to:📧 nizamuddins@sanygroup.comEmail Subject: Senior HR Manager – Riyadh
