Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout UsCyan Renewables (rebranded from MMA Offshore in July 2025) is a leading provider of marine and subsea services supporting the global energy transition.With a fleet of 35 specialised vessels, Cyan is a trusted partner to the world’s leading energy and offshore wind developers/contractors, providing comprehensive services across Asia, Europe and Australia.What’s in it for you?By joining Team Cyan, you can expect:Global collaboration opportunitiesA strong company culture The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join Cyan Renewables and play a key leadership role within our HR function.Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources, this role will act as a senior HR partner to the business and a key deputy to the GM HR, supporting the delivery of people priorities across the Group with a primary focus on our Australia and Singapore operations.The role will also drive Compensation & Benefits in the Company, while providing oversight and leadership across HR operations, employee relations, governance and key HR initiatives.The role offers frequent regional travel across Cyan’s operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and people matters.Lead Compensation & Benefits, including remuneration reviews, benchmarking, benefits and annual increment and bonus exercises.Drive effective HR operations, payroll governance and employee lifecycle processes.Provide guidance on complex employee relations, performance and organisational change matters.Support workforce capability, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies and governance requirements.Drive improvements in HR systems, processes, automation and people analytics.Support the GM HR in leading HR priorities and provide leadership and guidance to the broader HR team.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.Professional HR certification (e.g. IHRP, AHRI, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent).Essential Experience10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership roles.Strong HR generalist experience with demonstrated experience in Compensation & Benefits.Experience partnering with senior business leaders in a regional or multi-jurisdiction environment.Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce across multiple countries, particularly in Australia and Singapore.Desirable ExperienceExperience within maritime, offshore, subsea, engineering, energy, logistics or other project-based industries.Industrial relations training and experience.Change management certification.How to applyAt Cyan Renewables, we strive to foster a diverse and inclusive environment that empowers all employees to strive for their full potential.
