Senior Human Resources Manager

We are partnering with a growing contemporary fashion brand seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle across its UK Retail and Head Office teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day HR operations across the UK.Partner with senior leaders and managers on all people-related matters.Manage employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence.Support recruitment, talent management, succession planning and L&D.Drive employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.Ensure HR policies and processes remain compliant with UK employment law.Use people data and insights to support business decisions.About YouStrong generalist experience at HR Manager or Senior HR Manager level.Experience supporting both Retail and Head Office teams.Confident managing employee relations and applying UK employment law.An effective stakeholder manager with strong communication and coaching skills.Commercially aware, approachable and people-focused.Experience within fashion, retail, lifestyle or another consumer-led business.Multi-site retail experience would be advantageous.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, evolving fashion business and play an influential role in shaping its UK people strategy.
