Salary up to $12,0005 days work weekCentralEstablished & Reputable CompanyWe are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead the full spectrum of HR operations across the employee lifecycle.This is a key HR leadership role combining strategic workforce planning with hands-on HR operations, covering talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, commissions, compensation & benefits, compliance and HR transformation.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, partnering with business leaders on hiring strategies and talent pipelines.Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and confirmation to performance management, transfers and exits.Manage payroll and commission administration, ensuring accuracy, timely processing and statutory compliance.Work closely with Finance on payroll reconciliation, budgeting and workforce cost reporting.Drive compensation, benefits and rewards programmes, including salary benchmarking, annual reviews, bonuses and incentive schemes.Advise management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, engagement and retention.Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, statutory requirements and internal HR policies.Lead HR audits, governance and risk management across contracts, payroll and employee matters.Analyse HR data such as headcount, attrition, hiring and payroll costs to support business decisions.Drive HR digitalisation, HRIS improvements, automation and process optimisation to improve efficiency and employee experience.Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth.What We’re Looking ForDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.8 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.Strong hands-on experience across full-spectrum HR operations, including payroll and commission/incentive administration.Why Join?Take ownership of a broad, senior HR portfolio with significant business impact.Work closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders.Opportunity to shape HR processes, systems and transformation initiatives.Play a key role in supporting workforce growth, operational efficiency and organisational development.MTC Consulting Pte Ltd | EA Lic.
