Senior Hydraulic System Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible for scheme review of hydraulic systems for large-tonnage mining loaders. Benchmark against world-leading brands and provide technical guidance on hydraulic architecture, energy-saving systems and heavy-duty hydraulic optimization.Conduct technical research on challenging issues including load sensing, high-flow combined motions, hydraulic shock and high-temperature heat generation, and deliver optimization solutions.Guide the evaluation of hydraulic component selection, provide technical judgment on key parts such as main pumps, main control valves, hydraulic cylinders and cooling systems, and support supplier development.Guide prototype commissioning and mine field industrial tests, troubleshoot complex hydraulic faults including abnormal noise, shuddering, internal leakage and excessive oil temperature, and drive issue closure.Carry out technical benchmarking against overseas benchmark products, and introduce internationally advanced hydraulic design specifications, test methods and reliability design experience.Deliver internal technical training, establish standards for hydraulic system design and simulation, and improve the team’s capability in hydraulic system development.
