Senior I2C Collection Specialist (f/m/d) with GermanYour roleManage customer accounts receivable by monitoring open items, prioritizing accounts, following up on overdue payments and conducting professional collection callsInvestigate and resolve payment-related issues, including payment differences, deductions, unallocated cash, credit notes, refunds and account reconciliations, in close collaboration with internal stakeholdersManage customer disputes and maintain strong customer relationships, working closely with Sales and Technical teams to understand and resolve the root causes of payment delaysSupport credit management activities by maintaining customer credit data, supporting credit assessments, risk reviews, credit-limit recommendations, insolvency monitoring and customer blocking/order releases where applicableEnsure accurate reporting and process execution by managing the collections mailbox, preparing regular AR reports, handling master data requests and following defined SAP/FSCM and TIS/F110 processesDrive continuous improvement as an I2C Accountant by mentoring junior team members, supporting process migrations, developing process and training documentation, leveraging SAP capabilities and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality within the AR functionYour profileAdvanced German skills (C1) and intermediate English skills (B2–C1) Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in Collections, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Customer ServiceExperience with accounting software; knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is a plusOur benefitsHybrid work model (40% attendance rate for the month) and flexible start timesQuarterly bonus systemGreat office location in the heart of Warsaw: Daszyńskiego Roundabout, Przyokopowa 31Life insurance and private medical careCo-financing of Multisport card, NAIS benefit cafeteria, Edenred lunch cardInterested?
