The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), banking integration solutions, and a strong understanding of SAMA regulations and compliance requirements to deliver secure and scalable business process automation solutions.Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop business process workflows using IBM BAW for banking processes (e.g., loan origination, account opening, trade finance, customer onboarding)Work with business teams to understand banking process requirements and turn them into technical solutionsIntegrate BAW solutions with core banking and other financial systemsFix issues, improve performance, and maintain existing workflow applicationsFollow the full software development life cycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support)Prepare technical documentationRequired Skills & Experience5+ years hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / BPMExperience working on projects within the banking or financial services sectorStrong understanding of business process modelling (BPMN)Experience with Java, JavaScript, and web services (REST/SOAP)Good understanding of database concepts and SQLExperience working on projects in Saudi Arabia (required)Knowledge of SAMA regulations and other relevant banking compliance/regulatory requirementsUnderstanding of secure coding and data protection practices
