Senior IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer - BPMS📍 Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh (Onsite)🏢 Industry: Banking📄 Employment Type: Contract (6 Months - Extendable)🌍 Nationality: Open to All NationalitiesAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM BAW/IBM BPM, enterprise workflow automation, and prior experience delivering BPM solutions within the banking or financial services sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement enterprise business process solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM.Model business processes using BPMN 2.0, including human tasks, coaches, business rules, and process routing.Integrate workflow applications with enterprise and core banking systems through REST and SOAP web services.Configure and maintain process applications, toolkits, and shared services within WebSphere/Liberty environments.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable workflow solutions.Perform unit testing, system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Support UAT, deployment, and production releases across multiple environments.Provide production support, incident analysis, and root cause resolution.Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and process specifications.Required Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or IBM BPM.Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0, Process Designer, Business Process Center, and Process Portal.Experience with Coaches, Human Services, Business Rules, and Case Management.Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP API integration.Experience with WebSphere Application Server or Liberty.Mandatory experience working on banking or financial services projects.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsIBM BAW Certification.Experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).Exposure to Appian or other BPM/Low-Code platforms.Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.What We're Looking ForProfessionals who can join immediately or within one month.Candidates passionate about enterprise workflow automation and digital transformation.Strong problem-solvers with excellent stakeholder communication skills.📩 Interested?Apply now or send your updated CV to careers@echodataai.com.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
