About Wyre SolutionsWyre Solutions is an IFS Specialised Channels and Services Partner delivering IFS Cloud implementation, upgrade, consultancy and managed support services to customers across the UK and international markets.As we continue to expand our Sri Lankan operation, we are looking for experienced Senior IFS Support Consultants to join our growing team.This is not an entry-level support position. We are looking for experienced IFS professionals who can take ownership of complex customer issues, provide high-quality functional or technical consultancy, and act as senior members of our Sri Lanka delivery capability.You will work from Sri Lanka as part of Wyre's international delivery organisation, supporting enterprise customers across multiple industries and geographies.The RoleAs a Senior IFS Support Consultant, you will take ownership of complex incidents, service requests and customer requirements across IFS Cloud and/or IFS Applications.You will work directly with customers and other Wyre consultants to investigate problems, identify root causes, recommend solutions and ensure issues are resolved effectively within agreed service levels.Beyond case resolution, we expect our Senior Consultants to provide technical or functional leadership. You should be capable of handling escalations, advising customers, mentoring less experienced consultants and identifying opportunities to improve the customer's use of IFS.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and resolve complex L2/L3 IFS support cases, including investigation, diagnosis, root-cause analysis and resolution.Work directly with customers to understand business problems rather than simply responding to the reported symptom.Provide expert functional or technical guidance across your specialist IFS areas.Manage incidents and service requests in accordance with agreed SLAs and customer priorities.Investigate recurring problems and develop permanent solutions or recommendations.Support configuration changes, testing, patches, releases and IFS Cloud updates.Identify where incidents require escalation to IFS and manage those escalations effectively.Produce clear case notes, technical documentation, knowledge articles and customer communications.Participate in customer meetings, service reviews and technical/functional discussions where required.Work closely with Wyre's UK consultants, Solution Architects and Technical Architects.Mentor and support other members of the Sri Lanka support team.Share knowledge across the wider Wyre organisation and contribute to the continued development of our Sri Lankan capability.Identify potential improvements, minor enhancements and consultancy opportunities arising from support activity.Maintain a strong focus on customer service, ownership and quality.IFS Experience We're Looking ForWe are particularly interested in senior consultants with strong experience in one or more of the following areas:Functional: Projects; Finance; Supply Chain; Procurement; Inventory; Manufacturing; Service Management; Maintenance; Asset Management/EAM; HCM; CRM; FSM/Mobile Work Order.Technical: IFS Cloud technical architecture; IFS Applications 9/10; IFS Cloud; PL/SQL and Oracle; integrations and APIs; IFS Connect; REST/OData; customisation and CRIM; reporting; Crystal Reports; Power BI; data migration; troubleshooting and performance analysis.You do not need to cover every area.
