Senior Immersive Experience Technologist (Freelance)

Contract: 28 September – 10 November 2026We’re partnering with a leading Dubai-based experiential agency seeking a Senior Immersive Technologist to lead the technical delivery of a high-profile project.You’ll work closely with digital artists, creative teams and technical suppliers to bring immersive and interactive experiences to life, from concept through to live delivery.What We're Looking For8+ years of experience in experiential, immersive or interactive technology, with a strong portfolio of complex live installations.Hands-on technical knowledge of projection mapping, LED, TouchDesigner, Unreal Engine, Unity, sensors, computer vision, spatial audio, media servers and show control.Proven experience designing technical solutions, integrating multiple systems and managing complex, multi-supplier projects.Strong experience working with digital artists and creative teams to translate creative concepts into technically achievable experiences.Experience leading technical installations, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting in live event environments.Previous experience delivering experiential projects in the UAE, with an established network of local AV and technical suppliers.Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to take full technical ownership of a project from concept to completion.Interested?If you’re based in the UAE, have your own visa, are available for the project dates and have the relevant experience, we’d love to hear from you!
