The role covers Spanish migration cases from start to finish: reviewing each client's situation, recommending the right visa or residency path, and handling renewals, status changes and paperwork (translations, apostilles, forms) through to approval. It includes direct contact with Oficina de Extranjería, Policía Nacional and consulates, booking citas previas and biometrics, and accompanying clients in person or arranging a trusted partner to do so. It also covers running client consultations, explaining the recommended solution and pricing, turning qualified leads into paid cases, flagging tax questions as they come up, and keeping the team and clients up to date as cases and rules change.QualificationsPractical experience in migration and extranjería in Spain: 3+ years preferred, or a significant, verifiable track record of independently run cases.Background in a migration, legal or relocation company, a gestoría/despacho de extranjería, or a successful independent practice.Deep, practice-level knowledge of Spanish immigration law and procedures - visas, residency, renewals, status changes - including how each process actually runs in practice, not just on paper.A track record of cases across different bases for residency, ready to walk through in interview.Working understanding of basic tax questions tied to relocation and tax residency in Spain.Russian and Spanish - fluent (required).
