Senior Manager- E-invoicing Technology Delivery Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior E‑Invoicing Technology Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of e‑invoicing solutions for clients across the GCC. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, deep regulatory understanding, and proven implementation experience to support clients through vendor selection, system integration, and full lifecycle deployment. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of e‑invoicing solutions including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Support vendor selection by evaluating capabilities, assessing market options, and assisting with commercial and contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with GCC e‑invoicing regulations (e.g., ZATCA, UAE, Oman and broader regional frameworks) by mapping data and workflows to legal requirements. Manage cross‑functional stakeholders across Finance, Tax, IT, and Procurement to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Oversee system integration, including ERP connectivity, data mapping, API configuration, and middleware coordination. Drive project governance through robust planning, risk management, and timely issue resolution. Enable change management, delivering training, documentation, and transition support for business users. Provide post‑go‑live support, resolving issues, optimizing performance, and identifying enhancement opportunities. Experience & Qualifications Proven experience delivering e‑invoicing or tax technology implementations, ideally within GCC markets - preferable. Strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks, including international e‑invoicing standards. ZATCA Phase 1 & 2 and a bonus. Hands‑on expertise with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, particularly in integration and data flows. Prior background in technology consulting, system integration, or Big 4 advisory. Excellent stakeholder‑management, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple engagements in fast‑paced environments.
