Because we work with various customers, you are also expected to be able to adapt to different environmentsKey ResponsibilitiesYou will lead the rollout of a market-leading Retail Media platform across multiple brands and countries. This platform delivers capabilities across onsite, in-store, and offsite media, advanced analytics, reporting, and campaign management. It is deployed across international markets as a standardized, scalable solution.Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Retail Media platform across assigned brands and countries, from project initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.Develop and maintain implementation roadmaps that consider local market readiness, data availability, integrations, regulatory considerations, and resource planning while ensuring alignment with the standardized platform.Serve as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders throughout implementation, managing communications, expectations, and project governance.Drive project governance through accurate reporting, risk management, milestone tracking, and executive-level status updates.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Centre of Expertise, commercial teams, marketing, data, IT, and business leadership to ensure timely decision-making and project execution.Partner with solution consultants to guide markets through platform adoption using established documentation, training materials, and best practices.Champion the standardized platform approach by managing scope effectively, minimizing customization requests, and translating validated business needs into product enhancement opportunities.Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to align implementation timelines with agile development cycles and product releases.Identify implementation risks early, including data readiness, stakeholder alignment, resource constraints, and timeline challenges, and proactively implement mitigation plans.Support the development of local super-user networks by identifying champions, coordinating training, and enabling ongoing first-line support.Deliver training and change management activities that enable local teams to operate the platform independently after go-live.Capture recurring implementation insights and improvement opportunities, contributing to enhancements in implementation playbooks, training materials, and future product development.Monitor and report on implementation success through key metrics including timeline adherence, platform adoption, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness.What you bring to the position7–10 years of project management experience delivering complex SaaS, technology, or enterprise platform implementations across multiple markets, business units, or regions.Demonstrated success leading large-scale implementations within complex, matrixed organizations.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.Proven experience driving organizational change and user adoption of standardized technology solutions.Experience working alongside Centres of Excellence, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, or similar enablement functions.Solid understanding of implementation methodologies, project governance, and delivery best practices.Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.Good understanding of technical concepts including system integrations, data feeds, APIs, reporting, and analytics platforms.Experience working in Agile environments and coordinating implementation activities alongside product development teams operating in sprint-based delivery models.What we offerCompetitive Salary & Benefits: Including a laptop, mobile phone, full travel allowance, and pension plan.Work-Life Balance: 25 vacation days, flexible working hours in ahybrid mode.Professional Growth: Weekly Dutch classes and a tailored talent management program with a financial budget to help you achieve your professional goalsDynamic Culture: Diverse team activities from tech meetups to sports and social events.Is there still room for fun?
