Senior Implementation Project Manager

As a Senior Implementation Project Manager, you will work within an international, technology-driven organization that is rolling out a centralized digital platform across multiple countries and business units. You will be responsible for leading complex implementation projects, ensuring successful adoption of the platform while working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Solution Consultants, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of a centralized platform, from project initiation and planning through go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvementDevelop and maintain implementation roadmaps and project plans while considering local business processes, data readiness, and project dependenciesAct as the primary point of contact for local and international stakeholders throughout the implementation processManage project governance by monitoring timelines, scope, risks, budgets, and overall project progress while providing clear reporting to leadershipCoordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product Management, Engineering, Business, Data, and IT teams within a complex matrix organizationDrive change management and user adoption to ensure successful implementation of a standardized platformCollaborate closely with Agile Product and Engineering teams to align implementation activities with product roadmaps and sprint planningIdentify and proactively mitigate implementation risks, including data readiness, resource constraints, stakeholder alignment, and delivery challengesCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support for local teamsCapture lessons learned and implementation feedback to continuously improve implementation processes and contribute to future product enhancementsProfile:As a Senior Implementation Project Manager, you are an experienced implementation professional with a proven track record of delivering complex international platform implementations. You combine excellent stakeholder management skills with a structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach. You thrive in technology-driven environments where Product, Engineering, and Business teams collaborate closely, and you know how to drive the adoption of standardized solutions while effectively managing expectations across multiple stakeholders.Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Implementation ManagerProven experience delivering international SaaS, software, or platform implementation projectsExperience working in a technology-driven environment alongside Engineering and Product teamsExperience supporting the growth of a startup into a scale-up or working within a fast-growing technology organizationStrong stakeholder management experience within complex, international matrix organizationsExperience with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similarGood understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional development teamsFluent in English, both written and spokenWillingness to travel internationally approximately 20–30% of the timeNice-to-haves:Experience with change management and user adoption initiativesExperience working with a Centre of Excellence, Customer Success, or Solution Consulting organizationKnowledge of data-driven, analytics, advertising, or digital platform environmentsExperience delivering international rollouts across multiple countries or business unitsExperience implementing standardized products with limited customizationCompany Description:You will join an international, technology-focused organization where innovation, digital transformation, and scalability are at the heart of the business.
