Senior Industrial Designer

In search of a creative and detail-oriented Senior Industrial Designer to join our internationaland dynamic team. You'll be involved in the design and development process from concept toproduction, focusing on creating innovative smart eyewear products. This is an opportunity tocontribute to products that merge fashion and technology.1. Full Process Product Design: proactively lead the end-to-end design of wearable devices,specifically eyewear, from concept ideation, sketching, and 3D modeling to support massproduction, ensuring the design meets functional, aesthetic, and user experiencerequirements and branded business goals.2. User Insights: Deeply research European market trends, consumer preferences, andcompetitive dynamics, combining ergonomics and wearable tech scenarios to optimizeproduct shape and interaction logic.3. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with hardware engineering, softwaredevelopment, supply chain, and marketing teams to balance design creativity with massproduction feasibility, ensuring efficient design implementation and realization.4. Material and Process Innovation: Explore new materials (e.g., lightweight alloys,biocompatible materials) and process technologies (e.g., injection molding, CNC, sheet metalfabrication, and surface treatment) to enhance product quality and durability.5. Design system Standardization: support the establishment of design specifications anddesign language for wearable devices to ensure consistency and recognizability across thebrand’s product line.6. Industry Foresight: Monitor technological innovations in smart wearables, health tech,fashion, and related fields, integrating innovative concepts into product iterations.
