This is not simply about creating attractive enclosures — it is about defining what the product should be and making it real.We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, challenges conventional solutions, understands how things are made, and strives for excellence in every detail. If there is no conventional way of doing things, invent one. The RoleOwn industrial design from concept to production across multiple product families.Establish and evolve a coherent design language and product DNA.Conceptualize new products and rethink existing ones — form, function, interaction, installation, and construction.Design IoT products integrating electronics, sensors, controls, displays, connectivity, power, mounting, and thermal requirements.Select the right materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for each product and environment.Design for both demanding industrial environments and refined residential spaces.Build physical prototypes, test ideas, learn quickly, and iterate.Work closely with engineering, suppliers, and manufacturing to turn concepts into robust, manufacturable products.Protect design intent through tooling and production while balancing quality, functionality, cost, and scalability. What We’re Looking ForStrong experience in Industrial Design / Product Design, ideally with IoT, electronics, industrial equipment, automation, or smart-home products.A portfolio demonstrating original thinking, product families, physical prototypes, and products brought to production.Excellent sense of form, proportion, ergonomics, materials, CMF, and detailing.Strong sketching, CAD/3D, visualization, and hands-on prototyping skills.Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, DFM/DFA, and electronics integration.Ability to independently take ownership and drive a product from a blank sheet of paper to production. The PersonWe want a designer, inventor, and builder.Someone who asks “Why does it have to be this way?”; explores unconventional solutions; obsesses over the right material, radius, texture, interaction, and construction; and keeps refining until the product feels resolved. And even further.Someone who can balance creativity with engineering reality, beauty with function, and ambition with manufacturability. We are not looking for someone who simply puts an enclosure around electronics. We are looking for someone who helps define what the product should be — and takes responsibility for making that vision real. How to apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their CVs outlining their experience and qualifications and relevant experience.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
