With over 145 years of service excellence, we combine the precision and accuracy that define Swiss companies to help organizations achieve the highest standards of quality, compliance, and sustainability.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Industrial Hygienist to support and lead industrial hygiene programs across a range of projects in the Saudi Arabia.This role is suited for a technically strong professional with hands-on field experience and the ability to manage complex occupational health risks in industrial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute industrial hygiene assessments, including exposure monitoring and risk evaluationsConduct workplace assessments for chemical, physical, and biological hazardsDesign and implement monitoring programs (airborne contaminants, noise, heat stress, vibration)Interpret data, perform exposure assessments, and develop control strategiesPrepare and review technical reports in line with regulatory and international standards (e.g., ACGIH, OSHA, ISO)Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff and field teamsEnsure calibration, maintenance, and proper use of IH monitoring equipmentSupport HSE programs, audits, and compliance requirementsLiaise with clients to provide practical recommendations and solutionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental/Occupational Health, or related field5+ years of relevant experience in industrial hygieneStrong expertise in exposure monitoring, risk assessment, and control measuresExperience in sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, or construction preferredExcellent report writing and client communication skillsAdditional InformationExperience working in the Middle East region is prefetable
