Senior Information Security Analyst | Cyber Security | Vulnerability Management | Security Operations | Microsoft Sentinel | Defender | KQLDo you want to take a hands-on role helping strengthen the security capability of a highly respected UK financial services organisation?We're partnering with an established investment management business looking to appoint a Senior Information Security Analyst to play a key role in the delivery and continuous improvement of its information security operations and controls.This is a broad, hands-on position where you'll investigate security issues, drive vulnerability remediation, improve security controls and work closely with technology teams to strengthen security across endpoints, identity, cloud, infrastructure and applications.Full Time Permanent RoleVictoria, London | Hybrid – 2-3 days a week onsiteSalary – up to £105,000 + Bonus & BenefitsWHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGInvestigating security alerts, incidents, vulnerabilities and control failures.Working with technology teams to remediate vulnerabilities and security weaknesses.Improving security controls across endpoint, identity, cloud, infrastructure and applications.Analysing security data and developing automation using KQL, Python or similar.Conducting technical security reviews and validating remediation.Supporting the implementation and integration of security tooling.Identifying recurring security issues and driving practical improvements.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORStrong hands-on Information/Cyber Security experience.Experience across vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response or security engineering.Strong knowledge of endpoint, identity, cloud, network and application security.Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Qualys, Sysdig or similar security platforms.Experience analysing security data using KQL, Python or similar.Strong understanding of security controls and technical remediation.Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST or ITIL would be beneficial.WHY IT'S INTERESTINGBroad, hands-on Information Security role with significant ownership.Exposure across cloud, identity, endpoint, infrastructure and application security.Work with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender and other enterprise security tooling.Opportunity to influence security controls, automation and continuous improvement.Join an established organisation operating within a highly regulated financial services environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Information Security professional who wants to move beyond purely monitoring and alert-driven security work and take ownership of investigating issues, driving remediation and improving security controls across a complex technology environment.If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, please apply directly for immediate consideration.Senior Information Security Analyst | Cyber Security | Vulnerability Management | Security Operations | Microsoft Sentinel | Defender | KQL
