Built for companies hiring across a wide range of roles and volumes, Pakt unifies sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, verification, and automation in a single, modern recruitment solution.Role Description The Senior Information Technology Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading Pakt’s core IT infrastructure, systems reliability, security, and internal technology operations. This role oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud environments, networks, and enterprise tools that support the AI hiring platform and internal teams. Day-to-day activities include managing IT roadmaps, monitoring system performance and availability, coordinating incident response, and ensuring robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. The Senior Information Technology Manager will define and enforce security policies, oversee identity and access management, and partner with engineering, product, and data teams to support scalable and compliant architectures. This role also includes managing vendor relationships, optimizing IT budgets, guiding tool selection, and mentoring a distributed IT team to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across the company.QualificationsStrong background in IT infrastructure and operations, including experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), networking, system administration, and enterprise SaaS tools.Proficiency in IT security practices, including identity and access management, vulnerability management, compliance frameworks, and incident response.Experience with IT service management and governance, including ticketing systems, change management, configuration management, and performance monitoring.Skills in project and stakeholder management, with the ability to prioritize initiatives, manage roadmaps, and collaborate effectively with engineering, product, data, and business teams.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, mentoring, and building efficient processes in remote or distributed environments.Ability to design and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for mission-critical systems.Comfort working with AI, data-intensive, or SaaS products, and an interest in modern recruitment technology and automation.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience
