Senior IT OfficerJob Summary:Responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and end-user services. The role ensures the availability, security, and reliability of IT operations while providing technical support and leading IT-related projects and improvements.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, systems, and hardware.Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.Monitor IT systems and ensure availability, performance, and security.Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, and IT assets.Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for technical support and maintenance.Implement and maintain IT security policies, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.Support the implementation, upgrade, and integration of IT systems and applications.Monitor IT incidents, service requests, and ensure timely resolution according to SLAs.Prepare IT documentation, reports, inventories, and technical procedures.Assist in developing and implementing IT policies, standards, and best practices.Lead or participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.Provide guidance and technical support to junior IT staff.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or technical support.Strong knowledge of networks, servers, Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and IT systems.Experience with IT security, backup solutions, and IT asset management.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco,
