Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Its commercial platform enables enterprises to securely ingest, organize, retrieve and use internal data within production AI applications.ABOUT THE ROLEThe company is hiring a hands-on infrastructure engineer to deploy and operate its platform inside enterprise customer environments.This role combines infrastructure software engineering, cloud platform development, production operations and direct customer troubleshooting. You will work across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, observability, networking and security.The most important requirement is experience personally deploying Kubernetes and Helm-based applications into enterprise environments on both AWS and Azure.RESPONSIBILITIES• Deploy and operate the company’s AI platform inside enterprise customer environments• Build repeatable Kubernetes and Helm deployment workflows across AWS EKS and Azure AKS• Develop infrastructure automation and internal tooling using Go or Python• Create and maintain reusable Terraform modules for cloud infrastructure• Automate networking, IAM, secrets management, security, monitoring and application configuration• Build reliable CI/CD and GitOps workflows for infrastructure and application delivery• Design observability systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry• Troubleshoot complex deployment, networking, security and performance problems directly with enterprise customers• Improve platform reliability, scalability, deployment speed and operational readiness• Create runbooks, deployment documentation and customer-facing technical guidance• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and customer teams to improve the deployment experience• Participate in incident response and drive long-term fixes for recurring production issuesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE or infrastructure software engineering• Hands-on experience deploying Kubernetes applications into both AWS and Azure• Production experience with EKS, AKS, Helm and Terraform• Experience deploying software inside enterprise customer-controlled cloud environments• Strong programming ability in Go or Python• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes operations, networking, security, storage and observability• Experience building CI/CD or GitOps systems using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux or similar technologies• Strong Linux, networking and distributed-systems fundamentals• Experience troubleshooting production infrastructure directly with customers• Ability to remain highly hands-on as an individual contributor• Strong written and verbal communication skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Experience building infrastructure or deployment products for enterprise customers• Background at a highly regarded technology company or venture-backed startup• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, developer infrastructure, databases or AI/ML platforms• Experience deploying into regulated or security-sensitive customer environments• Contributions to Kubernetes, infrastructure or developer-tooling open-source projects• Experience with service meshes, secrets management, policy enforcement and enterprise identity systems• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering and infrastructure workflows
