قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure is responsible for leading the delivery of infrastructure works within a major masterplan development in Abu Dhabi. As a dedicated member of the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team, the role oversees the planning, design coordination, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover of infrastructure packages, ensuring successful project delivery in accordance with the client's objectives, programme, budget, quality standards, and contractual requirements.The role serves as the primary interface between the Client, consultants, contractors, utility authorities, and other stakeholders, providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring seamless coordination across all infrastructure disciplines.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is preferred.Minimum 15-20 years of experience in infrastructure project management, including at least 5 years in a Senior Project Manager role.Proven experience delivering large-scale masterplan infrastructure projects in the UAE.Previous experience with both PMC and contractors is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, potable water, irrigation, telecom, district cooling, and external works.Sound understanding of FIDIC contracts and contract administration.Excellent knowledge of UAE authority requirements and infrastructure regulations.Strong commercial, contractual, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure works.Act as the Client's representative for infrastructure matters throughout the project lifecycle.Manage the planning, design coordination, procurement support, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover of infrastructure packages.Coordinate multidisciplinary design consultants, contractors, utility providers, and statutory authorities to ensure timely project delivery.Monitor programme, budget, quality, risks, and overall project performance, implementing corrective actions where required.Review contractors' programmes, methodologies, construction sequencing, and recovery plans.Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, applicable regulations, and health, safety, and environmental standards.Lead progress meetings and provide regular project reports, dashboards, and executive updates to the Client and senior management.Manage contractual matters, including variations, claims, extension of time requests, and commercial issues, in coordination with the commercial team.Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impacts on cost and programme.Foster strong relationships with the Client and all project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.Oversee testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and final handover of infrastructure works.Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and best practices across the PMC team.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
