Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob DescriptionThe mission is set in the context of mainframe modernization and data center migration, and is currently in the execution phase, no baselining is needed on this project.The project has entered its mainframe execution phase, with an order placed with vendor management to be handled. The person needs a task-based profile: they must be able to justify their work and progress task by task. Their main responsibility will be installation items management.Key Responsibilities1. Delivery & AccountabilityOwn the end-to-end delivery of projectsEnsure delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectivesManage risk, issues, and dependencies2. Governance & PlanningDefine and maintain project governance and organizationEstablish delivery plans (timeline, resourcing, budget)Ensure alignment with project management standards and IT controls3. Stakeholder ManagementAct as primary interface between business sponsors and IT teamsFacilitate communication across multiple stakeholdersNegotiate scope, priorities, and changes when required4. Coordination & OrchestrationCoordinate cross-functional teams and specialistsEnsure alignment across architecture, engineering, and business teamsManage dependencies with other projects, tribes, or suppliers5. Reporting & CommunicationProvide regular and transparent reporting to stakeholders and senior managementSupport SteerCo discussions and decision-makingEscalate risks and issues proactively6. Financial & Commercial ManagementMonitor budget, forecasts, and cost controlContribute to or manage supplier contracts (with procurement support)7. Continuous ImprovementDrive process improvements in delivery and governanceContribute to standardization of practices and methodologiesTypical Profile / Experience for this missionStrong experience in IT project/program managementAbility to manage large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder initiativesKnowledge of Mainframe technologies and environment is a mandatory prerequisitePrior project leadership experience is a strong advantageGood understanding of both business and technical environmentsStrong communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsExperience with enterprise delivery frameworks and governanceExperience in data/analytics projects is a strong advantage
