We are hiring for a Senior Inside Sales Specialist Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 1–3 Years Department: SalesAbout the Role:-We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to drive sales through customer interactions, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and achieve assigned sales targets.Key Responsibilities:-Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to generate sales.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.Track leads through the sales funnel and ensure timely follow-ups.Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.Prepare regular sales reports and update daily sales activities.Requirments:-1–3 years of experience in Sales/Inside Sales/Telecalling/Business Development.Strong communication and convincing skills.Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales closures.Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.Comfortable working in a 6-day onsite work environment.Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.Kindly contact us for more at careers@oswaalbooks.com
