Senior Inside Sales Specialist

QTC is looking for a smart, confident, and driven Senior Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.This is a key position within our Marketing Department. The successful candidate will manage the company’s main contact number, handle incoming sales enquiries, qualify potential clients, and serve as the primary link between the Marketing Team and our Operations Department Managers.QTC operates across three highly specialized business divisions:* Environment• Sustainability• Inspection ServicesEach division operates like a business of its own. Therefore, we are looking for a fast learner who can quickly develop a strong understanding of all three divisions and confidently communicate our services to potential clients.Key Responsibilities:* Manage the company’s main phone line and respond professionally to sales enquiries• Identify client needs, qualify leads, and direct opportunities to the appropriate division• Follow up with potential clients and support lead conversion• Coordinate closely with the Marketing Team and Operations Department Managers• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes• Develop a comprehensive understanding of QTC’s services across all three divisions• Play a central and influential role within the Marketing DepartmentCandidate Requirements:* Saudi national• Minimum of four years of sales experience• Strong experience in telephone sales, inside sales, or telesales• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills• Intelligent, highly adaptable, and able to learn quickly• Strong leadership qualities and a proactive personality• Organized, responsible, and capable of coordinating across multiple departments• Professional command of both Arabic and English is preferred📍 Work Location: Al Narjis District, Riyadh🏢 Position Type: On-siteIf you believe you have the sales experience, leadership qualities, and ability to represent three specialized business divisions, we would be pleased to hear from you.Apply through LinkedIn or send your CV via direct message.
