We also develop learning programs that strengthen the capabilities of our internal teams, helping Edge scale while maintaining a high standard of talent quality and performance.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer – AI & Learning Content to design and develop high-quality training programs and learning content for Edge talent and internal employees.This is a hands-on role focused on instructional design, AI-powered content creation, and learning experience development. You will use AI tools and modern learning technologies to transform business requirements, industry knowledge, and subject matter expertise into structured, engaging, and effective training materials.The ideal candidate is skilled at designing learning experiences, creating digital training content, and using AI to accelerate content development without compromising quality. You should be comfortable collaborating with subject matter experts, developing assessments, and occasionally facilitating training sessions to support learning outcomes.What You'll DoLearning Design & AI-Powered Content DevelopmentDesign structured training programs, learning modules, onboarding programs, and role-based certifications.Use AI tools to create, refine, and scale training content, including presentations, learning guides, scripts, assessments, knowledge checks, and instructional materials.Convert complex information, processes, and subject matter expertise into clear, practical, and easy-to-understand learning content.Develop engaging learning experiences using presentations, videos, interactive modules, simulations, scenarios, and other digital formats.Apply instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles to structure content around clear learning objectives.Build reusable content templates, learning resources, and workflows that improve the speed and consistency of training development.Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and instructional quality.Training Content Production & AssessmentsDevelop assessments, quizzes, practical exercises, knowledge checks, and certification materials aligned with learning objectives.Create realistic scenarios and practice-based learning activities to help learners apply knowledge in real-world situations.Organize training content into structured learning paths based on job roles, competencies, and proficiency levels.Incorporate feedback and learner performance data to improve content quality and effectiveness.Maintain and update learning materials as business processes, industry requirements, and training needs evolve.AI Tools & Learning TechnologyUse generative AI tools to support research, content outlining, instructional writing, assessment creation, and multimedia development.Explore AI-powered tools for creating presentations, training videos, voiceovers, interactive learning materials, and other educational resources.Identify opportunities to automate repetitive content development tasks and streamline learning workflows.Experiment with new AI tools and approaches to improve content production efficiency and learner engagement.Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across AI-assisted training materials.Stakeholder Collaboration & Training DeliveryCollaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop relevant training content.Translate operational requirements and subject matter expertise into practical learning solutions.Present training materials and facilitate sessions when required to support implementation and learner understanding.Gather feedback from learners, trainers, and stakeholders to identify gaps and improve learning experiences.Manage multiple content development projects while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.What You'll NeedMust-Haves3–4 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Training Content Development, Learning Experience Design, or a related field.Strong experience designing and developing structured training programs and educational content.Practical experience using generative AI tools to create or enhance training materials and learning resources.Ability to create presentations, instructional guides, assessments, learning modules, and other training deliverables.Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and learning objectives.Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging, and well-structured learning content.Experience using digital content creation tools, presentation software, and learning technologies.Strong written communication, research, editing, and content organization skills.Ability to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure factual accuracy, consistency, and instructional quality.Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables independently.Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and facilitate training when needed.Industry ExperienceFamiliarity with U.S. healthcare, medical, dental, insurance, accounting, staffing, or related industries is strongly preferred.Experience converting industry-specific processes, policies, or technical information into training content is an advantage.Nice to HaveExperience with AI-powered content creation tools for presentations, videos, voiceovers, or interactive learning.Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning authoring tools.Experience developing role-based learning paths, certification programs, and competency assessments.Experience building training content for distributed or remote workforces.A portfolio of training materials, e-learning modules, presentations, or AI-assisted learning projects.
