Many of our programmes are delivered under recognised accreditation and partner frameworks.About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to take ownership of designing and developing high-quality learning content, from course planning through to finished training materials. You will work with our team and subject experts, who will validate technical content, while you lead the instructional design and content-development process.Key responsibilitiesDesign complete courses, modules and learning journeys, with clear learning objectives and structured outlinesDevelop participant manuals, workbooks, trainer guides and PowerPoint training materialsCreate activities, case studies and exercisesBuild assessments, quizzes, question banks and knowledge checks, aligned to learning objectivesWrite e-learning scripts and storyboardsPublish and test e-learning content on our in-house LMS, and check completion and assessment trackingReview and improve existing training contentDevelop content in line with accreditor and partner syllabi and licensing requirementsResearch topics using reliable sources, and work with subject experts for technical validationUse AI and modern content tools to improve efficiency, while keeping content accurateManage multiple content projects and timelines, with version control and clear documentationWhat we're looking for5+ years in instructional design, L&D or training content developmentStrong grounding in adult learning and instructional design frameworks (such as ADDIE or SAM, Bloom's taxonomy and Kirkpatrick)Proven experience creating assessments and learning activities, for both instructor-led and digital learningExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong PowerPoint and content-development skillsAbility to simplify complex subjects for learnersAttention to detail, and the ability to work independently and own projectsPreferred: hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline or Rise, Adobe Captivate) and publishing SCORM-compliant packages to an LMS. Familiarity with xAPI is a plus.Preferred: experience in professional certification or accredited training.
