We are proud of our people, our safety culture and the trust our clients place in us.About the JobWe are looking for a Senior Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer to join our Manufacturing business unit. You will lead the I&C engineering, integration and testing of skid-mounted process packages, from tender stage through to FAT and site commissioning. You will be the technical focal point for OEMs and integrators, ensure package controls interface smoothly with client plant automation systems (ICSS, DCS, ESD, F&G), and support our sales and proposals team with design and cost estimates. Reporting to the Technical Lead, this is a hands-on senior role with real ownership and visible impact.What You Will DoLead the I&C scope for modular product lines, including Chemical Injection Packages, Separator Skids, Fuel Gas Packages, Metering Skids, HIPPS Skids and Deaeration unitsSize, select and specify field instruments (pressure, flow, temperature, level), control valves, on-off valves and MOVs to international standardsEngineer Local Control Panels (PLC-based), Unit Control Panels, VFD systems, analyser systems and Machinery Monitoring Systems for critical rotating equipmentOwn E&I deliverables, including data sheets, hook-up drawings, cable block diagrams, control philosophies, functional descriptions, MTOs and RFQsWrite clear scopes of work and manage OEMs and integrators (e.g. ABB, Siemens, Yokogawa) for ICSS, DCS, ESD and SCADA scopesSupport tenders with BOMs, technical clarifications, bid/no-bid input and vendor pricingTake part in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL and Alarm Rationalisation studiesLead FAT at our facility, and iFAT and SAT with clients and OEMsCoach junior engineers and share lessons learned to improve our products and processesWhat You Will BringBachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a closely related disciplineMinimum 10 years of oil and gas experience in I&C engineering of skid-mounted packages and control systems, including at least 5 years on ADNOC projectsFamiliarity with ADNOC AGES/AGPS requirements and relevant international codes and standardsProven experience in selection, sizing and testing of pressure, level, flow and temperature instruments and control valvesStrong experience with PLC, DCS, ESD and F&G systems, including managing OEMs and integratorsHands-on FAT/iFAT and commissioning experienceWorking knowledge of SmartPlant tools, AutoCAD (or equivalent), ERP and MS Project/PrimaveraClear communication, sound judgement and a collaborative, solutions-focused approachWhy Join UsBe part of a respected UAE company celebrating 50 years of engineering excellenceOwn the full I&C lifecycle, from proposal to commissioning, on high-profile ADNOC projectsShape product development and continuous improvement across our package product linesWork with leading OEMs and a supportive, experienced engineering teamCompetitive package and a culture that values safety, integrity and personal developmentHow to ApplyPlease click Apply and submit your CV.
