Senior Instrumentation Commissioning EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Instrumentation Commissioning Engineer to join our commissioning team for major Oil & Gas EPC projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess extensive commissioning experience in brownfield and greenfield facilities, with a strong focus on instrumentation systems, control systems, and plant startup activities.YOUR ROLEAs Senior Instrumentation Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible in the performance of the following but not limited to duties and responsibilities;Execute and supervise Instrumentation commissioning activities in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.Perform: I/O Checks, Hot Loop Testing, Instrument Calibration, Instrument and Control System TroubleshootingConduct: Cause & Effect Verification, Functional Testing, Logic Checks, Control Narrative Validation.Utilize commissioning and diagnostic tools including: HART Communicators, Emerson Trex Communicators, Foundation Fieldbus Systems.Coordinate commissioning activities with Construction, QA/QC, Client representatives, Vendors, and Operations teams, particularly for brownfield modifications and tie-ins.Prepare and review: Commissioning Procedures, Method Statements, Risk Assessments (RA), Testing Protocols.Execute and witness: SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), ISAT (Integrated Site Acceptance Testing), Operational Testing, Interface Testing, Modbus Communication Testing.Carry out: System Conformity Checks, Mechanical Completion (MC) Walkdowns, Inspection Test Record (ITR) Verification and Completion, Punch List Management and Close-outEnsure compliance with project HSE requirements, PTW systems, and safe commissioning practices.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORExperienceMinimum 12-20 years of experience in Oil & Gas commissioning projectsProven experience in EPC commissioning environmentsDemonstrated experience in brownfield modification projects and live plant commissioningADNOC project experience preferredEducation and CertificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplineSkills and CompetenciesStrong knowledge of process instrumentation, DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, and communication systemsExcellent troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skillsStrong commitment to HSE standards and safe work practicesWHAT WE OFFER The chance to contribute to some of UAE’s Oil and Gas EPC Mega projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ready to be part of our team?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellent!
