Apply & track with Apply EdgeSENIOR INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERAirswift is seeking for a Senior instrumentation Engineer to work with our client based in QATAR.Mandatory QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering6 years’ experience in oil and gas environmentWorking knowledge of:DCSPLCsESD / F&G SystemsAnti-Surge Control SystemsMetering SystemsTurbine / Compressor Control SystemsComputer skills:Microsoft OfficeSAPCONVALInstruCalFull knowledge of SIL requirementsPlan and support Instrumentation / Fire & Gas (F&G) Engineering activities at Senior Engineer level during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset.Ensure project deliverables meet Operations expectations Safety, Operability, Reliability, and MaintainabilityKey Job AccountabilitiesSupport surveillance and administration programs for critical Instrument and F&G systems to achieve Reliability, Availability, and Cyber Security.Provide Instrument / F&G engineering support including design reviews (SIL workshops, assessment and verification, HAZOP), commissioning, startup, failure analysis, and advanced troubleshooting.Support integrity program implementation for Instrument / F&G to ensure Safety, Reliability, and Availability.Provide technical input to other disciplines and functions to support business objectives.Supervise contractors, consultants, and service providersGuide less experienced engineers in integrity systems and reliability systems.Support project tie-in requirements for all systems under responsibility.Maintain Issue Register to identify critical issues and resolve risks (including new technology risks) impacting Reliability, Availability, and Cyber Security.Support high-risk commissioning activities for large-scale projects, including system surveillance, tuning and optimizing Instrument and F&G systems, and providing advisory support to Operations and Maintenance.Interested candidates are encouraged to send their CV to mahirah.marisa@airswift.comReferrals are welcome too—feel free to share this opportunity with qualified professionals in your network.
