Senior Integration Developer

Job PurposeWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Developer (Technical Lead) to design, develop, and lead enterprise integration solutions across complex business systems. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership while delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing API and middleware solutions that align with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.Key AccountabilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions connecting internal and external systems.Build scalable APIs, middleware services, and integration workflows using modern integration patterns.Define integration standards, architecture principles, and technical best practices.Develop secure, reliable, and maintainable integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.Design and implement RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services.Manage the API lifecycle including development, security, deployment, versioning, and monitoring.Develop integrations using enterprise middleware and integration platforms.Implement messaging, orchestration, transformation, and event-driven integration patterns.Lead and mentor integration developers through technical guidance and code reviews.Review solution designs and ensure development quality and best practices.Support technical problem-solving, architecture decisions, and production issue resolution.Promote reusable components, development standards, and documentation practices.Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.Lead integration testing, deployment, and production support activities.Perform root cause analysis and improve platform reliability and performance.Produce architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and operational guides.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Integration platform or cloud certifications.Minimum Experience5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware development, or API engineering.Proven experience leading technical teams or enterprise integration projects.Strong experience designing complex integrations across enterprise platforms.Experience implementing enterprise integration architecture and API management solutions.Job-Specific SkillsREST APIs & SOAP Web ServicesAPI Design & API ManagementOAuth2, JWT & API SecurityEnterprise Integration PatternsMuleSoft, Dell Boomi, WSO2, Apache CamelOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Azure Integration ServicesIBM App ConnectSAP Integration SuiteJava, C#, Python & JavaScriptSQL & Database IntegrationMicroservices & Event-Driven ArchitectureAzure, AWS & Google CloudCI/CD PipelinesDocker & KubernetesGit, Jenkins & Azure DevOps
