قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجIntegration & Deployment Engineer (Edge Technologist) – Autonomous & Edge SystemsLocation - Oxford (4 Days Per Week)Salary - £70,000 / £80,000Do you enjoy getting real hardware and software systems working together – integrating, testing, troubleshooting and ultimately getting technology ready to operate in the field?We’re working with a fast-growing technology company developing autonomous and edge computing systems for demanding, real-world environments They’re looking for a hands-on Integration & Deployment Engineer to take complete connected systems, bring the different elements together and make sure they’re ready for reliable deployment.This is a practical engineering role where you’ll work across hardware, software, Linux, networking, compute and connected devices – diagnosing problems wherever they occur rather than being limited to one engineering discipline.What you’ll be doing:Integrating and troubleshooting connected hardware and software systemsConfiguring and diagnosing networks – IP addressing, routing, switching, VPNs and connectivityWorking hands-on with Linux, command-line tools, logs and system configurationPreparing equipment and systems for deployment into real-world environmentsRunning structured testing and accurately recording resultsFault-finding across power, compute, networks, peripherals and software configurationWhat we’re looking for:Practical experience integrating and troubleshooting connected hardware/software systemsStrong networking knowledge and confident Linux troubleshooting skillsA methodical, hands-on approach to testing, integration and fault-findingComfortable getting into the detail and solving problems across different technical areasHappy working from the office full time, with occasional travelExperience with edge computing, embedded Linux, rugged hardware, GNSS, cameras, sensors or connected devices would be particularly valuable.We’d also be very interested in people coming from aerospace, defence, robotics, drones/UAVs, telecoms or industrial systems.Benefits Opportunity to work on genuinely cutting-edge UAV platforms with a growing, well-funded teamBroad, hands-on role with real ownership of the build and test process30 days' annual leave plus bank holidays – a genuinely generous allowancePrivate medical cover on completion of probationEmployee Assistance ProgrammePension (NEST)Further benefits in development, to be confirmed shortlyIf you’d rather be hands-on with real systems, solving real integration problems and helping deploy technology into the field, this one is definitely worth a conversation.Interested, or know someone who could be a good fit?Get in touch with Scott Sarginson at Future Talent Group for a confidential conversation.#IntegrationEngineer #EdgeComputing #Linux #AutonomousSystems
