Location: United Arab EmiratesSalary: Up to AED 50,000 per monthExperience: 10+ yearsWe are representing a leading organisation on a senior leadership opportunity within Interior Design Execution, offering the chance to take ownership of design delivery across a significant portfolio of projects.This is a high-impact position for an experienced interior design professional who combines strong design understanding with proven leadership, technical execution and project delivery expertise.The successful individual will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple projects, ensuring that interior design concepts are translated into high-quality, commercially viable and deliverable outcomes.The OpportunityYou will take a leading role in overseeing the execution of interior design across multiple developments, working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders.The role will involve ensuring that projects progress in line with approved design intent, programme, budget and quality expectations, whilst identifying and resolving challenges throughout the delivery process.You will act as a senior point of coordination across the interior design execution function, bringing together design, technical and delivery requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide senior leadership and oversight across interior design execution for multiple projects.Lead the transition from approved design concepts through to successful execution and completion.Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction and delivery phases.Work closely with project, design, technical and commercial stakeholders to ensure effective integration of interior design requirements.Oversee the resolution of technical, design and execution challenges throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project delivery against agreed budgets, programmes, quality standards and design requirements.Establish and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.Review design and technical documentation to identify potential execution risks and opportunities for improvement.Drive consistency and high standards across interior design execution.Provide senior-level guidance and decision-making on complex design and delivery matters.Support effective communication and coordination between all parties involved in project delivery.Identify risks, delays and potential design conflicts and ensure appropriate action is taken.Contribute to continuous improvement across design execution processes, standards and delivery methodologies.Provide leadership and direction to teams involved in interior design delivery.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking an established senior interior design professional with 10+ years' experience and a strong track record of delivering complex interior design projects.You will ideally bring:Significant experience within interior design execution and project delivery.Proven experience operating at a senior leadership level in a real estate enviromentStrong understanding of the complete interior design lifecycle from design development through to execution and completion.Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong technical understanding of interior design, construction and buildability.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.The ability to make commercially and technically sound decisions in a fast-paced project environment.Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence teams, consultants and contractors.A track record of delivering projects to demanding quality, programme and budget requirements.Strong knowledge of design coordination, technical documentation and on-site execution.The Ideal ProfileThis opportunity is suited to someone who has progressed through increasingly senior positions within the interior design and execution space and is now looking to take ownership of a broader leadership remit.The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate career stability and progression, with a proven history of committing to organisations and delivering through complex, long-term projects.This is an opportunity to join a high-performing environment and play a key leadership role in shaping how interior design is executed across a substantial project portfolio.Salary: Up to AED 50,000 per month
