Our portfolio spans across Dubai’s prime residential and commercial destinations, showcasing our commitment to transparency, customer centricity, quality, integrity and adding value through a construction-driven approach.With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value-driven real estate assets.As a Senior Interior Designer, reporting to the Interior Design Manager and working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to lead the interior design development of high-end residential, hospitality, and special projects, translating creative concepts into sophisticated, functional, and commercially viable spaces.You will work closely with our multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders, taking projects from concept design through detailed design and delivery, while ensuring a high standard of design quality, technical coordination, material selection, and design intent throughout the process.Responsibilities includeDevelop and deliver high-quality interior design solutions for 4-star and 5-star hospitality, F&B, and mixed-use projects; residential and retail experience is an advantage.Lead projects from Concept Design through IFC, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, budget, and programme requirements are met under the direction of the Interior Design Manager.Prepare and coordinate mood boards, material palettes, presentations, space planning, sketches, and design narratives.Produce and review GA drawings, RCPs, elevations, sections, joinery, millwork, details, schedules, and specifications.Demonstrate strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, detailing, joinery, construction, and buildability.Prepare and review DD, Tender, and IFC documentation, ensuring quality and coordination across all disciplines.Coordinate with Architecture, BIM, MEP, Lighting, AV, Kitchen, Signage, Landscape, and specialist consultants.Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples to ensure compliance with approved design intent.Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors on materials, FF&E, OSE, joinery, and technical solutions.Provide design support during construction, including RFIs, site inspections, and technical issue resolution.Ensure compliance with local regulations, accessibility, life safety, and industry standards.Conduct QA/QC reviews and proactively manage design risks, deadlines, coordination, and deliverables.Here's what you'll needBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience working on hotel and hospitality projects, preferably 4-star and 5-star properties.Strong understanding of interior design, materials, finishes, detailing, and construction.Experience taking projects from Concept Design through IFC.Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software.Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work effectively under tight deadlines.
