Skilled in transforming concepts into immersive environments that blend functionality, elegance, and brand identity. Adept at leading project design from concept through execution, collaborating closely with architects, suppliers, craftsmen, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery.Key Responsibilities* Lead the design development for hospitality and luxury interior projects, including hotels, restaurants, villas, lounges, and premium commercial spaces.* Create detailed concept designs, mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E specifications aligned with project vision and client expectations.* Develop bespoke high-end furniture designs, coordinating with manufacturers to ensure accuracy in materials, finishes, ergonomics, and craftsmanship.* Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and 3D visualizations to guide production and on-site implementation.* Conduct site visits to review progress, ensure design integrity, and resolve technical or aesthetic issues promptly.* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to refine design direction, present proposals, and manage approvals.* Manage FF&E sourcing, furniture selection, budgeting, and procurement for luxury hospitality and residential spaces.* Oversee quality control during production and installation to ensure consistency with approved samples, COM materials, and brand standards.* Ensure designs meet local codes, accessibility requirements, and hospitality operational standards.Key Skills & Expertise* Strong creative vision with a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics and hospitality functionality.* Expertise in high-end furniture design, craftsmanship detailing, upholstery, joinery, and material specifications.* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (optional), Adobe Suite, and 3D rendering tools.* Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles.* Ability to lead design teams and coordinate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.* Solid understanding of project timelines, procurement cycles, and installation workflows within the hospitality sector.Industry Experience* Five to ten+ years working with luxury furniture brands, interior studios, or hospitality design firms.* Proven portfolio of hotel rooms, lobbies, lounges, F&B outlets, luxury villas, and bespoke furniture pieces.* Experience working across GCC markets (optional addition), understanding local materials, suppliers, and project standards.
