Senior Interior Designer

We are working with a highly regarded specialist hospitality interior design practice in Dubai that is experiencing an exciting period of growth. Having recently secured a couple of significant new hotel projects, they are now looking to appoint a Interior Designer OR Senior Interior Designer to strengthen their growing team.Working closely with the Design Director, you will play a key role in leading and delivering projects from the earliest concept stages through to completion. You will have the opportunity to take real ownership of design packages, collaborate with clients and consultants, and help deliver creative, high-quality hospitality environments.The Role:Lead and contribute to the design of high-end hospitality projects from concept through to completionWork closely with the Design Director and wider creative teamDevelop strong design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and FF&E selectionsTake projects through schematic, detailed design and technical stagesCoordinate with clients, architects, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycleSupport and mentor junior members of the interior design teamEnsure designs are delivered to the highest creative and technical standardsRequirements:Degree qualified in Interior Design or a related disciplineProven experience working on hospitality interior design projectsExperience delivering projects internationallyGood knowledge of FF&E and suppliersStrong experience across the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to site and completionA creative and commercially aware designer with a strong eye for detailExcellent presentation, communication and client-facing skillsA strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality hotel, resort or hospitality projectsThis is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Interior Designer OR Senior Interior Designer to join a successful and growing Dubai-based studio at an exciting time, with a strong pipeline of newly awarded hospitality projects and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership.
