Senior Interior Designer

Job SummaryResponsible for leading the interior design process from concept development through detailed design documentation. The role requires exceptional design taste, strong technical capabilities, and the ability to create high-end hospitality, residential, and commercial environments that align with the company's vision and brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop interior design concepts, mood boards, and design narratives.Prepare space planning, layouts, and design presentations.Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and material schedules.Select finishes, furniture, lighting, fabrics, artworks, and accessories.Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project teams.Create high-quality 3D visualizations and presentations.Prepare FF&E specifications and procurement packages.Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with brand standards.Research global design trends, materials, and hospitality concepts.Participate in client and management presentations.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field.5-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.Advanced proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and rendering software.Strong understanding of lighting design, materials, and furniture specifications.Exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-end design projects.Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred ExperienceHospitality projects (Hotels, Resorts, Branded Residences).Luxury interiors.Experience working with international design standards and suppliers.
