Apply & track with Apply EdgeNOW HIRING – SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER - DESIGN STUDIOKey Responsibilities:Lead design teams on luxury residential and hospitality projects from concept through to completion.Develop creative and innovative design solutions that align with client expectations and brand identity.Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery on time and within scope.Develop and oversee design concepts, presentations, mood boards, material palettes, FF&E selections, and detailed design packages.Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.Ensure design quality and consistency across all project stages and deliverables.Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and technical issues.Review drawings, specifications, material samples, and shop drawings to ensure design intent is maintained through to delivery.Support the development of project documentation, ensuring drawings and design information are accurate and produced to a high standard.Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, supporting their development and ensuring effective team performance.Attend client and project meetings, site visits, and design reviews as required.Maintain a strong understanding of current luxury interior design trends, materials, finishes, and FF&E.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality interior design.Strong experience delivering luxury projects from concept through to completion.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a similar discipline.Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality, residential design projects.Excellent design, presentation, communication, and client management skills.Experience working with leading interior design consultancies or design companies.Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E, detailing, and technical coordination.Proficiency in Revit is required.
